Privacy Policy

1. No Data Collection
Invoicat does not collect personal information from users. The app does not require account registration, login, email signup, cloud account creation, or server connection.
We do not collect:
- Names
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Location data
- Device identifiers
- Usage analytics
- Advertising identifiers
- Financial or business records
- Customer, vendor, invoice, purchase, expense, payment, or product data
2. Local Storage Only
All information entered into Invoicat is stored locally on the user’s device. This may include contacts, products, invoices, purchases, expenses, payments, company settings, and PDF records.
This data remains under the user’s control and is not uploaded by Invoicat to any cloud database or external server.
3. No Backend, No Cloud Database, No Tracking
Invoicat does not use a backend server, online account system, cloud database, third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or behavioral tracking tools.
4. Camera and Photo Library
If the app requests camera or photo library access, it is only used for local features such as adding a company logo or attaching receipt images. These images are not sent to us.
5. PDF Export and Sharing
Invoicat may generate invoices, purchases, expenses, and payment receipts as PDF files locally on the device. If users share PDFs through the iOS share sheet, that action is controlled by the user and Apple’s iOS sharing system.
6. Data Deletion
Users can delete records inside the app. Users may also remove the app from their device to delete locally stored app data, subject to iOS backup and device settings.
7. Children’s Privacy
Invoicat is a business productivity app and is not intended for children under 13 years old.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if app functionality changes. Updates will be posted on this page.
